Whether you're a Team Member or an Admin, this page is tailored to give you the most relevant information to keep you on top of your game. My Overview

If you're a Team Member, the Overview Page is all about you. The My Overview section is your personal dashboard, showing your KPI/Billable Target progress for the week, the total tasks you've completed, and your personal participant caseload. It's like having a personal assistant who keeps track of all your hard work!

Team Snapshot

Admins, this one's for you. In addition to the My Overview section, you'll see the Team Snapshot at the top of the page. This section gives you a bird's-eye view of your team's key activities, including total revenue for the week, total tasks completed by all team members, and the total participant caseload for your team. It's the ultimate tool for keeping tabs on your team's performance.

Team Overview Table

Right below the Team Snapshot, Admins will find the Team Overview table. This table breaks down each team member's progress, showing their billable target/KPI progress for the week, the total revenue they've generated, the billable hours they've completed, and a handy Generate Timesheet link. This feature allows you to generate an itemised timesheet for each team member, making it easier to manage and review their work.

Latest Tasks
