Welcome to the Team Overview section, the ultimate dashboard for all you Admin-level users out there! This is your go-to spot for keeping tabs on your team's performance and activities at a glance. Let's break down what you'll find here and how it can help you manage your team like a pro.

Revenue Card

First up, we've got the Revenue Card. This little gem displays the total dollar value of revenue your entire team has generated for the current week to date. It's like having a mini financial report right at your fingertips. Need to know how well your team is doing in terms of revenue? Just glance at this card, and you're all set.

Tasks Card

Next in line is the Tasks Card. This card shows the number of tasks your team has completed for the current week to date. It's a quick and easy way to see how productive your team has been. Whether you're smashing through tasks or need to pick up the pace, this card keeps you in the loop.

Case Load Card

Last but not least in the top row is the Case Load Card. This card displays the number of Participants in your entire team or organisation's case load. It's an excellent way to keep track of how many participants your team is managing at any given time. If the numbers are climbing, you know your services are in demand!

Team Overview Table

Underneath those handy stat cards, you'll find the Team Overview Table. This table is a treasure trove of key statistics for each team member for the current week to date. Here's what you'll find from left to right:

  • Name: The name of the team member.

  • KPI Progress Bar: This shows the team member's progress towards their billable target for the current week. It's a visual representation of how close they are to hitting their goals.

  • Revenue: The dollar value of revenue generated by the team member for the current week.

  • Billable Time: The time in hours that the team member has billed for the current week (billable hours only).

  • Generate Timesheet: A handy link that allows you to generate an itemised timesheet for each team member. Click on this, and you'll get a branded timesheet that can be filtered by any date range. It includes the team member's details, the organisation/provider's details, a full breakdown of all the tasks they've completed, their billable time in hours, and the revenue they've generated. Perfect for contractors, and there's even a print button for easy printing or saving to PDF.

And there you have it! The Team Overview section is your one-stop shop for monitoring your team's performance and activity. It's designed to give you all the information you need at a glance, so you can keep your team on track and performing at their best.
