Connecting third-party calendar applications

Learn about the third-party integrations of the calendar system.

Hey there, calendar wizard! Ready to get all your schedules in one place? Let’s walk you through connecting your Google or Outlook calendars to Coordinoter so everything syncs up like clockwork.

Navigating to the Calendar Page

  1. Accessing the Calendar:

    • Start by clicking on the Calendar menu item in the main sidebar menu. This will take you to the Calendar Page where all the action happens.

Integrating Your Third-Party Calendars

  1. Opening the My Calendars Modal:

    • Look above the calendar for the My Calendars button and click it. This opens up the calendars modal where you can manage your calendars.

  2. Connecting Google or Outlook Calendar:

    • Inside the modal, you’ll see buttons to Connect Google Calendar and Connect Outlook Calendar. Click on either (or both!) to start the integration process.

    • You’ll be prompted to allow Coordinoter access to your calendar. Go ahead and give the green light—this will allow Coordinoter to import all your existing calendars and events from the third-party app.
