So, you've been using Coordinoter and thought, "Wouldn't it be great if it could do this?" Well, good news! We absolutely want to hear your fantastic ideas. Here's how you can request a missing feature and help us make Coordinoter even better.

Feature Requests: Your Voice Matters

Feature requests are a way for you to suggest new functionalities or improvements to Coordinoter. We believe in building a product that truly meets your needs, and who better to tell us what’s needed than you, the user? Your suggestions can help shape the future of Coordinoter, making it more efficient and user-friendly for everyone.

How to Request a Feature

1. Locate the Help Widget: Anywhere inside Coordinoter, you'll find a help widget at the bottom right of your screen. This little gem is your gateway to requesting new features.

2. Click on Request a Feature: Once you click on the help widget, look for the Request a Feature card. Give it a click to start the dialogue.

3. Fill Out the Form: A form will pop up, inviting you to provide details about the feature you want to see added. Be as specific as possible. The more context you give, the better we can understand and consider your idea. Describe what the feature should do, how it would benefit your workflow, and any other relevant details.

Visibility on the Roadmap

After submitting your feature request, it doesn't just vanish into the ether. Your request will be made visible on our Roadmap page, where other users can see it and 'upvote' if they also think it's a brilliant idea. The more upvotes a feature gets, the more likely it is to catch our attention.

Tracking Your Request

Each feature request will have a status indicator to keep you in the loop. Here’s what the statuses mean:

• Planned: We’ve decided to go ahead with your idea and it’s in the planning stages.

• In Progress: Our team is actively working on your requested feature.

• Released: These are the features that came from our users feature requests, that have been developed, tested and made live in the production environment!

And don’t worry, you’ll also receive an email update from us letting you know whether we’ll be actioning your request or not.
