How to Access the Live Chat

No matter where you are in the app, you’ll notice a help widget at the bottom right of your screen. Simply click on it to open the help menu. From here, you have two options:

1. Messages: Click on the Messages option to start a conversation.

2. Ask a Question: Select the Ask a Question card to get the ball rolling.

Your chat will initially start with Kai, our friendly AI Support Bot. Kai is pretty smart and can answer a wide range of questions. If you’re curious to know more about Kai, check out;

When Kai Needs Backup

If Kai doesn’t have the answer you’re looking for, don’t worry! Kai will automatically pass you on to one of our human support agents. Alternatively, if you prefer to speak to a human right away, just type "Speak to a human" or something similar during your chat. Kai will then connect you to our support team.
