Configure the invoice settings

Learn how to correctly configure the invoices settings in Coordinoter.

Welcome to the Finance Configuration page! This is where the magic happens to ensure your invoicing is spot-on and your custom NDIS charge items are all set up. Let's walk through the steps to get your invoices configured and ready to bill like a pro.

Invoice Configuration

First things first, let's get your invoicing details sorted. Here’s what you need to do:

1. Organisation (Trading Name):

- Enter your organisation's trading name. If you're a sole trader, feel free to use your personal name here. This name will appear on your invoices and in your sent email messages.

2. ABN/ACN Number:

- Pop in your Australian Business Number (ABN) or Australian Company Number (ACN). This is crucial for your invoicing and compliance.

3. Invoice Email:

- This is the email address used as the 'Reply-to' when you send out invoices. It will also be displayed on the invoices themselves. Make sure it's an email you check regularly.

4. NDIS Registration Number:

- If you’re billing participants who are NDIA Agency Managed, you’ll need to enter your NDIS Registration Number here. This number is also included in the Bulk Upload Files.

5. Invoice Terms:

- Specify the number of days for your payment terms. This number will show up on your invoice due dates, so make it clear and reasonable.

6. Payment Instructions:

- Provide clear instructions for how your clients can make payments. Feel free to add a friendly message here to make the payment process as smooth as possible.

7. Invoice Logo:

- Upload your logo to personalise your invoices. A professional touch goes a long way!
