Learn how to delete your Coordinoter account

This guide will show you how to delete your account and its data.

Oh no! We’re genuinely sad to see you go. But hey, if you’ve made up your mind, let’s make this as smooth as possible. Here’s your step-by-step guide to deleting your Coordinoter account.

Step 1: Head Over to the Account Deletion Page

First things first, you’ll need to navigate to the account deletion page. You can find it [here]. Go on, click it. We promise it won’t bite.

Step 2: Confirm Your Identity

Once you’re on the account deletion page, you’ll be prompted to enter your current password. This is just to make sure it’s really you and not some sneaky imposter trying to mess with your account. Type in your password and get ready for the final step.

Step 3: Hit the Delete Button

Now for the big moment. Press the delete button to complete your account deletion. And, done! Your account will be permanently deleted along with all its associated data.

A Few Important Things to Note

  • Export Your Data: Before you go, make sure to export any data you might need. Once your account is deleted, we can’t get it back. It’s like trying to un-toast toast – impossible!

  • Part of a Team? If you’re part of a team, your Tasks, Participants, and Uploaded files will be transferred to the team and still retained in the system. These can be deleted later at the direction of the team owner/admin. So, your work lives on, even if you don’t.

  • Super Admins (primary account owner), Beware: If you’re a super admin level user, deleting your account means EVERYTHING is wiped – teams, team members, their participants, tasks, uploads, contacts, the whole shebang. So, double-check before you hit that delete button.

We’re genuinely sad to see you go, but we understand that sometimes, you’ve got to move on. If you ever decide to come back, we’ll be here with open arms and a bunch of new features to make your life easier.

Take care and all the best!
