Participant uploads tab

Get to know the participant uploads tab.

Welcome to the Participant Uploads tab, your go-to spot for managing all those important participant files that don’t quite fit into their specific NDIS plan. Think of it as a digital filing cabinet for everything from In-Home Risk Assessments to IDs and Companion Cards.

Navigating the Participant Uploads Tab

When you first land on the Participant Uploads tab, you'll notice a sleek, intuitive file upload section. Here’s how to make the most of it:

1. Choose Files Button: This is your gateway to uploading documents. Click the Choose Files button to open a file explorer window on your device. Select the files you want to upload, and voilà! They’ll start uploading immediately.

2. Uploaded Files Display: Once your files are uploaded, they’ll appear in a neat list right underneath the upload section. This makes it super easy to keep track of what you’ve uploaded and access these files whenever you need them.

Key Points to Remember

  • Different from Plan Uploads: Participant Uploads are meant for documents that are not tied to a specific NDIS plan. This could include things like an In-Home Risk Assessment, participant ID, or a Companion Card.

  • Update Button: After uploading your files, don’t forget to hit the Update button to save any changes. This ensures all your hard work doesn’t go to waste and your files are securely stored.

Tips for Smooth Sailing

  • Organise Your Files: Keep your uploads organised by naming your files clearly before uploading. This will save you time when you need to find something later.

  • Regular Updates: Make it a habit to regularly update this tab with any new documents. This keeps everything current and easily accessible.

And there you have it! The Participant Uploads tab is designed to make your life easier by providing a dedicated space for all those crucial documents. Happy uploading!
