Ready to master your scheduling game? Let’s get you set up with a brand new calendar in Coordinoter. Whether you need to keep track of participant appointments, team meetings, or personal events, we’ve got you covered.
Navigating to the Calendar Page
Accessing the Calendar:
First things first, click on the Calendar menu item in the main sidebar menu. This will take you straight to the Calendar Page where the magic happens.
Creating a New Calendar:
Opening the My Calendars Modal:
Once on the Calendar Page, look above the calendar for the My Calendars button. Click it to open the calendars modal.
Creating Your Calendar:
In the modal, you’ll see the option to Create Calendar. Give your new calendar a name - something catchy, like “Work Schedule” or “Personal Appointments.”
Click the Create Calendar button to create a system calendar unique to Coordinoter.
Integrating External Calendars:
Connecting Google or Outlook Calendars:
Want to sync your existing calendars? You can! Click on the Connect Google Calendar or Connect Outlook Calendar buttons to start the integration process.
Follow the prompts to allow Coordinoter access. Once done, all your calendars and events from the third-party app will be imported into your calendar interface.
Managing Your Calendars:
In the My Calendars modal, you’ll see a list of your calendars. Each calendar name will have its source icon beside it (Google, Outlook, or System) and a delete icon button.
You can remove any calendar by clicking the delete button beside it. Feel free to mix and match - have as many calendars as you like from Coordinoter, Google, and Outlook.
Using Your Calendar:
With your new calendar set up, you can start creating events, scheduling appointments, and managing your time like a pro.
Events will be colour-coded based on the calendar they belong to, making it easy to differentiate between work and personal commitments.
And that’s it! Creating and managing calendars in Coordinoter is a breeze. Now you’re all set to keep your schedule organised and stay on top of everything. Happy scheduling!
