Disconnect Xero from Coordinoter

This guide shows you how to remove Coordinoter's access to your Xero account.

So, you’ve decided it’s time to part ways with Xero and Coordinoter? No worries, we’ve got you covered. Here’s a step-by-step guide to help you disconnect your Coordinoter account from Xero, effectively stopping the two-way syncing of invoices between the two platforms.

What Happens When You Disconnect?

When you initiate the disconnection process, Coordinoter uses API magic to completely sever the oAuth access and tokens that link your account to Xero. This means all existing tokens are disabled and scrubbed from our system, ensuring that Coordinoter no longer has any access to your Xero account. It’s like a clean break – no lingering connections, no residual access.

Step-by-Step Guide to Disconnecting Xero

1. Open Coordinoter: First things first, log in to your Coordinoter account.

2. Navigate to the Business Portal: Once you’re in, head over to the Business Portal.

3. Click on Manage Integrations: Find the Manage Integrations option and give it a click. Alternatively, you can just click [here] to go directly to the integrations page.

4. Find the Xero Card: On the integrations page, locate the Xero card.

5. Click the Disconnect Xero Button: Hit the Disconnect Xero button on the Xero card to start the disconnection flow.

  • What Happens Here?: When you click the Disconnect Xero button, Coordinoter initiates the oAuth flow to revoke access. This process disables all existing tokens and scrubs them from our system, ensuring that no further syncing of invoices can occur between Coordinoter and Xero.

6. Redirection: Once the disconnection is successful, you’ll be redirected to a confirmation page. And that’s it! Your invoices will no longer sync between Coordinoter and Xero.
