Disconnect MYOB from Coordinoter

Alright, so you’ve decided to part ways with MYOB and Coordinoter. No worries, we’ve got your back! Let’s walk through the steps to disconnect MYOB from your Coordinoter account. This will stop the two-way sync of invoices and scrub all tokens and access permissions from the system. Ready? Let’s do this!

Step 1: Navigate to Manage Integrations

First things first, open up Coordinoter and head to the business portal. Once there, click on Manage Integrations to open the integrations page. If you’re in a hurry, just click [here].

Step 2: Disconnect MYOB

On the integrations page, you’ll see a card for MYOB. Click the Disconnect MYOB button on this card to start the disconnection flow. What happens next is a bit of tech magic. We use the API to completely disconnect our oAuth access and tokens. This means we’re telling MYOB, “Hey, we don’t need access anymore,” and MYOB responds by disabling the tokens and scrubbing them from their system. Essentially, all access from Coordinoter to your linked MYOB account(s) is removed.

Step 3: Successful Disconnection

Once the disconnection process is successful, you’ll be redirected back to the integrations page. And that’s it! Your invoices will no longer sync between Coordinoter and MYOB.
